Epiphyllum 'Morning Sunshine' is a hybrid orchid cactus that produces cheerful golden-yellow blooms. Its stems are flattened and segmented, a growth form inherited from forest epiphyllum species native to Central and South America. The flowers of this cultivar are medium to large, with overlapping petals that open broadly to reveal pale stamens at the centre. These blooms are typically produced in the warmer months and bring a bright contrast to the green stems.
