At Online Collectors, we want you to be completely satisfied with your home decor and collectibles. If a piece doesn't perfectly fit your space, you can return eligible items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Carefully pack the items in their original protective packaging, including all certificates of authenticity and documentation, to ensure they remain secure during transit.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your package, ensuring any previous shipping labels are fully covered.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand over your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking receipt; once our curators inspect the item at our warehouse, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
