Hoya carnosa 'Indian Rope' (Outside Variegate) is a variegated form of the rope hoya featuring thick, curled foliage with creamy white to soft yellow variegation appearing along the outer leaf edges. The tightly twisted leaves create dense, sculptural chains along the stems. Flowers are soft pink with deeper centres, forming rounded clusters that contrast well against the curled and variegated foliage.

This form grows best in bright filtered light to maintain strong variegation. Its thick, curled leaves prefer a lightly drying cycle, and warm stable conditions support more consistent growth. Regular feeding during the warmer months encourages new vines and flowering.
